Fifty years into Nigerian history as an independent nation leave much to be desired as a people. Even the diehard optimist would agree that the nation in terms of infrastructure, education, health, women & youth development and empowerment are still in its infancy.

Youth development and empowerment is one aspect which has faced the most neglect with an estimate of sixty percent of youths unemployed or under-employed. PRINCE NED NWOKO FOUNDATION was inspired by this sad situation. Founded by Prince Ned Nwoko of Idumuje Ugboko, delta state an accomplished international lawyer, an astute politician, one time honorable member of the federal house of assembly, a farmer, a tourism practitioner and philanthropist extraordinary with a mission for education, and to mobilize the youths towards national development, using every avenue and tool to impact on the development and empowerment of the youths and women of our country.

Prince Ned Nwoko a diehard patriot of Nigeria as a nation, has over the years, generously assisted all who he came across both financially and materially, as an honorable member of the house of representative he had donated his salary and allowances into the empowerment and education of youths of his constituency. With an open door policy he has availed himself to all in need. Not satisfied Prince Ned Nwoko established the foundation in pursuance of his drive to reach out to more and more Nigerians, especially people from his senatorial district, Delta North Constituency of Delta state.

Our Objectives

• To ensure an integrity and trust based network of women and youths entrepreneurs who are viable partners for local or foreign investors.
• To develop capacity in form of training and empowerment packages.
• To create a synergy for research, development and education in order to improve the integrity of our raw materials.
• To identify viable products and services that are marketable locally and globally.
• To structure the informal sector within our local communities to be attractive for financial institutions and grant organizations in order to WIN.
• We negotiate with various on behalf of our members.
• To provide useable data of our members, products, product hubs, technical partners and scope of work, as well as provide various measurements via social and economic matrix for success levels.
• To advocate on various issues that affect our members, the environment and their businesses.
• To move our members from the bottom of the pyramid to an active middle class.
